Reality Digital to Discuss How to Monetize
Social Media and How to Deliver Online Video
at Upcoming Industry Events

San Francisco - October 24, 2008 - Reality Digital, Inc., a leading enterprise-scale social media platform provider, today announced that CEO Cynthia Francis and Senior Vice President of Business Development Mitchell Linden will present at the Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference and Digital Hollywood this month.

Francis and Linden are innovators in the social media and online video space and regularly speak at industry events. Francis is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience building and leading pioneering companies in digital media management and online media technologies. Linden, an industry veteran of 30 years, joined Reality Digital after serving as senior vice president of Digital Media at BBC Technology and Siemens Business Services - Media, and at iXL. Linden has enjoyed the opportunity to work with broadcasters and media organizations around the world including BBC, ESPN, DirecTV, “3”, Thomas Dolby's Beatnik and NPR to solve the challenges, and exploit the opportunities, associated with producing, managing and distributing rich media over IP, terrestrial and satellite networks.

Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference - Oct. 27 at noon

Francis will be participating on a C-level panel at the Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference on Oct. 27 in New York, NY, at noon. The track, “Publisher Track: Making Real Money on Social Media: How do Content Companies Make Money from Social Media?” will explore how content companies should find the right approach to conducting business inside the socially driven content areas of their media brands. So far, publishers are doing fine with the limited social media platforms they've built on their content-rich sites, but are they concerned that if they expand the social aspects considerably, that they may hurt the very high responsiveness of the audiences they've worked so hard to build.

Francis will also be interviewing MTV Networks’ Brad Yuan, Director of Strategic Technology Sourcing, Digital Media Technology, at a VIP breakfast presentation entitled “Simplifying Social Media for Agencies and Publishers.” Beginning at 8 a.m. on Oct. 27, the workshop aims to answer the question, “How can publishers and agencies successfully deliver social media communities to major brands?”

The Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference will bring together the leading figures in media, marketing, publishing, and technology to discuss the exploding digital content and advertising industry - exploring the new frontiers of “digital” for all content providers, agencies, and marketers.

Digital Hollywood - Oct. 28 at 3:50 p.m.

Linden will be participating on an executive panel at Digital Hollywood on Oct. 28 in Santa Monica, CA, at 3:50 p.m. The special workshop, “Delivering Video Programming - “Streaming and Live Broadband and Mobile: The Next Consumer Entertainment and Information Experience,” will explore the industry challenge of delivering video content, which must be built into the very equation of company survival. Broadband video is at the very core of our industry - if not our very lives. All communication - from traditional media to social networks and personal sites are all about video. Whether your company webcasts content - live or archived, provides users upload or even interactive options, building, developing and maintaining video capabilities is at the top of your daily activities. Video is not an optional offering, it is at the heart of every company's future. Digital Hollywood debuted in 1990 and has from its start been among the leading trade conferences in its field with over 15,000 top executives in the film, television, music, home video, cable, telecommunications and computer industries attending the various events each year.
