Pricing
Develop and manage a fully branded, customized and monetized online community starting at $499 per month, which includes up to 100,000 page views per month and covers all hardware, software, storage, hosting and bandwidth. As your community grows, the monthly fee remains cost-effective. Once your community reaches the next tier, the new monthly fee will take effect on the first of the following month.

Payment Method and Terms
Payments are accepted via credit card only through a secure account and are automatically deducted from your credit card on or around the first of every month. Contracts are on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically on the 1st of each month. A detailed contract will be emailed to you for review which must be signed and returned before your account is initialized. To cancel, you must do so in writing 30 days prior to the 1st of the month you want to cancel. Full terms and conditions are included in the contract.
Support
All Harmony customers receive free basic email support from 7:00 am PT to - 5:00 pm PT for the duration of your contract. Access to Harmony support forums and documentation are also included in your package. For more details, speak with your Harmomy expert.
