Since joining Adobe Systems, Baum has worked on a variety of seed projects, developing products for both the enterprise and consumer markets. Prior to his work at Adobe Systems, Geoff was a co-founder of Garage Technology Ventures, and economics editor and a columnist for Forbes ASAP, a Forbes publication that focused on the business of high technology. Baum has a BA and an MA from Stanford and an MS from UC Davis.

Since managing the websites, Sundance Institute Online has grown to include the unique self-distribution project of short films to online retailers such as Apple's iTunes Movies Store, Netflix.com and Xbox Video Marketplaces with over 70 titles made available in 2 years. Previously, Beyer was the Director of Programming at Michigan's Waterfront Film Festival and worked as a freelance writer in film and television development with credits at FOX and Warner Bros.

Alex has worked on interactive projects since 1999, and currently produces websites and interactive installations for GSP's clients Hyundai, Sprint and Hewlett-Packard. Recent projects have included; for HP a large-scale multi-touch interactive wall at the Wall Street Journal's D5 conference in Carlsbad, and the new Hyundai Genesis Coupe website. In his downtime, Alex likes to develop in Actionscript and enjoy every moment with his 5-month old son and beautiful wife.

Consuelo Costin first conceived SohoMuse.com in 2007. The first 3D online social network for artists. Costin (a.k.a. 'Mo Costin') is an actress and singer/songwriter who has performed around the world and whose songs have topped AOL's Musiqtone's charts and been featured in hit TV shows such as David Foster's "Pop Stars" and the popular series, "Beach Girls." More recently, as Vice President of The Ovarian Cancer Coalition and a Legislative Ambassador for The American Cancer Society, Consuelo has written and performed a song called "Better Days," which has raised thousands of dollars towards finding a cure.

John Cooper is currently the Director of Creative Development for Sundance Institute, and the Director of Programming of the Sundance Film Festival. He has been a member of the Sundance Film Festival programming staff since 1989. In the early years, Cooper created the short film program at the festival but soon transitioned into programming documentaries and feature films. He has also worked extensively with the Sundance Institute's Online projects, Sundance Institute at BAM, the Institute's summer workshops as well as the Sundance Film Festival in Tokyo. Other work includes guest curator, Northwest Film and Video Festival, and juror and consultant, Rio Cine Festival in Brazil. From 1995-1998 Cooper served as programming director of Outfest held annually in Los Angeles in July and until 2002 served on the Outfest Board of Directors.
