Implementation

Because your business and social media initiative is unique from others, we take the time to fully understand your needs and work with you closely from planning to launch. Each Opus Platform project includes the following standard services:

  • Business Consultation
    We start with a deep dive into your social media strategy and determine which of our social media software solutions make sense and scope the level of customization you'll need. From there, we'll recommend an implementation option that fits your business model and infrastructure while working with you and/or agency partners to produce and launch the site.
  • Professional Services
    Once a contract has been signed, our Professional Services team engages with your team to build your online community. A Reality Digital project manager will oversee communications and manage the project while our engineers and designers customize features and workflow and skin the site to your specifications.
  • Quality Assurance
    Once the site is built, we go through a two-step QA program where we execute an extensive internal QA process and then hand it off to you for a second round of checks and testing. The result is a social media site that is bug-free and functions properly.
  • Launch Support
    We know that for many of our customers the online community site is only one piece of a larger campaign that can include media placements and other time-sensitive events. When it is time to go live, the Reality Digital support team is standing by to ensure your site is functioning properly and is seamlessly handling spikes of traffic.
